Orders can be made at any time on the website.

 

Orders begin processing upon approval and verification of credit card or DPS information. Certain orders may require special processing because of limited quantities. You will receive email updates with regards to any "out of stock" delays. If any "out of stock" delays are unsatisfactory, you can cancel your order and request a refund of your purchase.

The customer may order products by completing and submitting the checkout process on the Melissa Lovelock Textiles website. The customer must provide all required information (including name, email address, and payment details) or Melissa Lovelock Textiles may not be able to process the order.

 

Discretion in Rejecting Orders:

 

No order shall be deemed accepted by Melissa Lovelock Textiles until Melissa Lovelock Textiles has sent the customer a copy of the order. Melissa Lovelock Textiles reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject (for any reason whatsoever and in whole or in part) any order submitted by the customer. If Melissa Lovelock Textiles rejects the customer's order (or part of the order), any money paid by the customer in relation to the rejected part of that order shall be refunded and Melissa Lovelock Textiles shall have no further liability to the customer in relation to the rejected part of that order.

 

International Orders:

 

Except for New Zealand Goods and Services Tax, prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other imposts or charges which may be payable in relation to your order. The customer shall be liable to pay any import fees, duties, taxes, and other imposts or charges which are payable in relation to the order.

 

Melissa Lovelock Textiles may vary any prices on their website at any time and without notice to the customer. Availability & Cancellation: All orders are subject to the availability of products. If for any reason a product is not available, Melissa Lovelock Textiles will endeavour to notify the non-availability on the website and/or contact the customer immediately to advise them. Melissa Lovelock Textiles may revise the range of products or the specification of any product at any time and without notice to the customer.

 

Cancellation of Orders:

 

Where products are listed on the website with an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Melissa Lovelock Textiles reserves the right to cancel the customer's order (regardless of whether the customer has made payment for that order). Where the customer has already made payment for an order that is subsequently cancelled by Melissa Lovelock Textiles, Melissa Lovelock Textiles will refund the amount paid by the customer in relation to that order.

 

Promotions:

 

Site-wide promotions are offered on a limited time basis and are not honoured past the expiration date. Site-wide promotions may not be applied to already discounted or bundled products that are already priced below regular retail price of the individual products collectively. In order to redeem a Discount Voucher or Coupon Code, enter your promo code on the shopping cart page after adding items to your cart.

 

Discount Vouchers or Coupon Codes can only be used on the Melissa Lovelock Textiles online store. Only one Discount Voucher or Coupon Code can be used per order.

 

You cannot use a Discount Voucher or Coupon Code in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the Promotional Discount Codes state that you can combine the Promotional Discount code with other offers.

Melissa Lovelock Textiles retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the items. The cost of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

 

Our Contract:

 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the items will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

 

Pricing & Availability:

 

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any items which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the items, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST and VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Grand Total’.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Orders begin processing upon approval and verification of credit card information. Items will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

 

In any cases where items are "Out of Stock” or discontinued, we will contact you and issue a full refund or in negotiation with you, we will order more of the items you have purchased and advise you once these have arrived and are ready to be sent out to you.
